Some Common Themes
Souls participate in selecting their next physical body and generally join their physical body sometime between the fourth month and birth.

Souls appear to be members of specific soul groups who reincarnate together and have done so since their creation. (This corresponds with the premise that souls incarnating in the same soul groups work on their karma or unfinished business from relationships in previous lifetimes that is carried over to the current lifetime for resolution.)

When incarnating souls evolve to higher levels they cease to incarnate and become advanced beings who assist souls still in the cycle of death and rebirth.
